    When you first come to the WorkItOut.com website, you are our guest.  Welcome! As a guest, you can view the material on the WorkItOut.com home page.  However, as a guest you cannot interact with any of the material nor go to certain sections of WorkItOut.com.  For example, as a guest you cannot post forum entries nor can you view or take courses.  While you are limited in what you can do as a guest on the WorkItOut.com site, the material you can view should alone prove of great benefit.
